		<description>@Barbie - The best suggestion is to visit a specialist running store and get fitted with the correct shoe. Even though I used to suffer with plantar fascittis, the shoe that suited me may not suit you. You could find that you progress to a shoe with less control later on, especially if you work on strengthening exercises. Some people with severe problems find relief by visiting a podiatrist and perhaps using custom orthotics. I tried this but it didn&#039;t really work for me, although it may be something you want to consider. There&#039;s also the barefoot running school of thought which proposes many problems stem from using modern running shoes. I found that help from a modern, structured running shoe was really welcome when I started the plan and allowed me to run without too many problems.</description>
